To be honest, I don't think that McDaniels will be a good head coach. I mean look at what he has done in his first few months already. He has demolished a fantastic Offence that Shannahan put together. I don't think that Pat Bowlen should have fired Shannahan. He should have taken his GM title and a pay cut instead of firing him. Maybe then he would have realized that the only thing missing from the Denver Broncos team would be a defence;
